Blue Velvet Vintage 60s Suzy Perette Cocktail Dress -
This dress is bound to inspire you (and anyone around you) to want touch the luxuriously soft, smooth velvet. It's incredibly soft. And the color...oh, the color. It's a shade of blue that's unrelentingly gorgeous. When they talk about blue velvet, we hope that this is the kind of blue they mean. It's electrifying.
If you're searching for a special occasion dress, make it this one. It's a 60s dress that's made by Suzy Perette, that great manufacturer of Parisian style dresses. Oooh, la-la! Look at those wonderful bracelet length sleeves and that smooth, fitted bodice with its wide, almost batteau neckline. We are smitten with the drape and fluidity of the skirt, too. It's not too tight and not too full--just the right amount of gathered flare to make working the room a veritable cake walk.
Go ahead, be approachable, touchable and ultra fashionable. When you wear this dress, it's pretty safe to say that the world is yours on a silver platter. P. S. Glamour girls who love practicality: this dress has pockets!
Very good to excellent. There's a small smudge (seen in last photo) on the right bicep. It's not readily noticeable and doubtful it can be removed.
