Sweet Vintage 40s Novelty Print Shirt Dress -
SOLD
We love peplums because they add a sweetness to a day dress that is undeniable. This one has a nice short one that is piped in rich mustard trim. It a split peplum, too, so in these photos, it's got the look of pockets.
This cute dress features are great lace pattern that accented in sweet bows. And, hello! Polka-dots reign supreme on this 40s number. The skirt is much fuller than it seems here--gored and falling to a very wide a-line cut. The dress is made of cotton and buttons all the way down with detailed mustard plastic buttons. There's a self-fabric belt with a shapely plastic buckle.
What's good about this one is that it's in a hard-to-find size. It's not that easy to come across an XL vintage dress that's this cute. We're very pleased to offer this rare cutie.
